Wellness, well-being, organics… these are all popular terms in our world today. Words that we didn’t really think about long ago… well, perhaps you had. As we become more and more sedentary in our culture, we need to become more and more aware of what we do for our bodies. A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to complete a wellness assessment.

While completing this assessment, they introduced us to this wellness wheel:

The higher we scored in each area, we put a dot closer to the outside of that category. As we connected our dots, we could identify our weaknesses and see what we needed to work out to enjoy a well-balanced life. This activity allowed us to understand that each area impacts the other six meaning that one weakness can cause you to be weak in others.
